Ok. Today I want to tell you about a recent release, a bunch of free resources, and a giveaway! The new book is Sculptor Spirit: Models of Sanctification from Spirit Christology by Rev. Dr. Leopoldo A. Sánchez, and it sounds intriguing and unlike any other theological book I’ve heard about!
Regarding the New Release
Dr. Sánchez has been a faculty member at Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, since 2004. He is a professor of Systematic Theology and the director of the Seminary’s Center for Hispanic Studies.
I haven’t seen the book, but I do try to keep a look out for Lutheran books on the Holy Spirit. And, it makes so much sense to me to consider the Holy Spirit and Jesus as the Amazon blurb of this book suggests. 🙂
Free Resources!
I also kind of stumbled on a bunch of links/ free resources that I’m not necessarily sure how to add them to my free resources page. So, well, I’ll dump there here for a while! lol THESE may be gold! (Snagged from Jim McCarigle on the Oratio, Meditatio, Tentatio: A Theological Reading Group Facebook page for a great theological book club meeting in Wichita.)
