Short and to the point: sometimes I love novels about people who want to write who end up writing. It’s like a niche genre which writers write for other writers.
Corny? Sometimes. Fine by me. It’s encouraging!
I also love it when people in books just realize something and take steps to make things better.
I think too many contemporary books focus on scandal, shock, and turns. But I’m sure I’m not the only one to roll my eyes or just put the book down.
Edgy does not equal good. Or worth reading. Certainly not.
Thank you, Lord, for writers who simply encourage while writing beautifully.
