The Lively Skeleton
Rev. Dr. Gerhard Aho was a beloved professor at Concordia Theological Seminary, who was well known for his homiletic and rhetorical skills (his dissertation, The Preaching of F.G. Hedberg, was recognized as one of the most outstanding discourses in the field of rhetoric by the professional speech society). One of his books, The Lively Skeleton: Thematic Approaches and Outlines is now back in print through the CTSFW press.

Luther for the Busy Man
Luther for the Busy Man is once more in print, thanks to Ambassador Publications, which I believe is the publisher for the Association of Free Lutheran Congregations (AFLC). I can’t say I know much about the collection of congregations, but I do know this book follows the historic one-year lectionary as guidance for daily devotions.
